Terms of Service

By accessing or using Social Busta, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform. Social Busta is a multi-service digital platform offering social media growth, VTU (airtime, data, utilities), Tasks (earn by completing assignments), Sports Picks, PayPal exchange, and more — all under one account.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Social Busta. To use financial services (wallet top-up, PayPal exchange, VTU, withdrawals), you must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. Social Busta is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

3. Services Covered

These Terms apply to all services provided on Social Busta, including but not limited to:

• Social Media Growth: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter/X, Telegram, Spotify followers, likes, views, and related services
• VTU (Virtual Top-Up): Mobile airtime, data bundles, electricity tokens, cable TV subscriptions, and other utility bill payments
• Tasks & Earning: Completing social media tasks (follows, likes, views) in exchange for Naira wallet credits
• Sports Picks: Access to curated football predictions and copy-trading signals (for informational purposes — not financial advice)
• PayPal Exchange: Converting PayPal balances (USD) to Nigerian Naira, credited to your bank account
• Growth Bundles & Packages: Pre-bundled multi-platform growth packages
• Affiliate & Referral Programme: Earning commissions by referring new users

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or task completions
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our systems
• Use automated tools to abuse our platform, inflate task earnings, or game the Picks system
• Submit fake PayPal transaction references to obtain fraudulent exchange payouts

5. Orders and Delivery (Social Media Growth)

Once an order is placed and enters "Processing" status, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless delivery fails entirely. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on provider load. We reserve the right to refund an order to your wallet if it cannot be fulfilled. We are not responsible for drops caused by third-party platform algorithm changes.

6. VTU Services

VTU transactions (airtime, data, electricity, cables) are irreversible once processed. Ensure all recipient details (phone number, meter number, account number, smartcard number) are correct before submitting. Social Busta is not liable for failed VTU deliveries caused by incorrect details provided by the user. Failed VTU transactions will be refunded to your wallet within 24 hours.

7. Tasks & Earning

Task earnings are credited to your Social Busta wallet in Nigerian Naira upon verified completion. Social Busta reserves the right to verify task completions and withhold or reverse credits if fraud, automated completion, or duplicate submissions are detected. Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply. Task availability may change without notice.

8. Sports Picks

Sports Picks and predictions provided on Social Busta are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, or betting advice. Past prediction performance does not guarantee future results. Social Busta is not liable for any financial loss resulting from acting on picks or predictions.

9. PayPal Exchange

PayPal exchange services allow you to convert PayPal USD balances to Nigerian Naira. By using this service, you confirm that the PayPal funds being exchanged are legally obtained and belong to you. Exchange rates are set by Social Busta and may differ from official or market rates. Rates are locked at the time of transaction submission. Social Busta is not liable for rate fluctuations between submission and payout. PayPal chargebacks initiated after a completed exchange will result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

10. Wallet, Payments & Multi-Currency

All wallet balances are stored in Nigerian Naira (NGN) equivalent. Users from other countries (Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, etc.) may see balances displayed in their local currency — this is a display conversion only; the underlying balance remains in NGN. Wallet funds are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be converted to cash except through the approved withdrawal process. We reserve the right to suspend wallet activity if fraud is suspected. Deposits made via bank transfer, crypto (USDT/BTC/ETH), or PayPal exchange are subject to our processing times and verification requirements.

11. Refund Policy

Refunds are credited to your Social Busta wallet. We do not process bank refunds except in exceptional circumstances. If an order cannot be fulfilled as described, a wallet refund is issued automatically. For VTU disputes, contact support within 24 hours. For social media order disputes, contact support within 7 days of the order completion date.

12. Affiliate Program

Affiliate commissions are earned when referred users make qualifying deposits. We reserve the right to withhold commissions suspected of fraud, self-referral, or abuse. Commissions are credited to your wallet and can be withdrawn subject to minimum thresholds.

13. Service Availability

Social Busta strives to maintain high uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

14. Limitation of Liability

Social Busta is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of social media reach, account penalties imposed by third-party platforms, incorrect VTU top-ups due to user error, losses from acting on Sports Picks, or business losses.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Unused wallet balance will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts of competent jurisdiction.
